Our Full Cancellation Option enables you to cancel your online animal order and receive a full refund on the price of the animal(s) in your order — during the validity period.
Why add this?
If you might change your mind and need to cancel your order and get a refund
If your circumstances change after you’ve placed your order and you need to cancel
If you find out during our enclosure checking process that you’ll need to acquire new kit to house the animal, and that’s not feasible for you
What if I don’t add this?
If you cancel your online order without the Full Cancellation Option we retain 25% of the price of the animal(s) in your order, which is likely to be more than the price of the Full Cancellation Option upfront.
Validity period
If you’re collecting the animal from one of our reptile shops, the Full Cancellation Option enables you to cancel your order at any time before you leave the shop with the animal
If you’re having the animal couriered to you, the Full Cancellation Option enables you to cancel your order at any time before the courier collects the animal from us to deliver to you
The fee is non-refundable
The Full Cancellation Option is a non-refundable fee you add to your order to get a full refund on the animal(s) in your online order should you choose to cancel.
The Full Cancellation Option fee is likely to be less than 25% of your animal order amount which we’d need to withhold if you cancel your order without the option.
