Morph: Normal / Classic PHt Snow (Axanthic, Albino) (Purchased as 100% Ht but not been proven)
Sex: Female and Male available .
Suitable for: beginner keepers
Captive bred? Yes hatched CB21
Handling: friendly and loving a cuddle
Size range: currently around 3ft to reach between 4-5ft approximately as adult
Housing and habitat: As adult a 4ft vivarium with overhead heating, again with appropriate thermostat.
Suitable for: first time reptile owners after a stunning new family pet.
This species requires basking temperatures of 32-35 Celsius, with a minimum night time drop to 22 Celsius and ideally thrives in areas of 50-60% humidity.
UV lightning is not necessary for this species although studies show they benefit from exposure to UV rays.
This species does not require feeding as often as most other pets.
As babies they will typically eat once a week
Juvenile to sub adult once a fortnight
As an adult once a month, depending of food items offered
So a very low feeding cost in comparison to other species, and perfect for those new to the hobby as maintaining feeding schedule is easier to manage.
