For sale in our Bracknell reptile shop
Age: CB2024 Babies
Sex: Unsexed
Adult Size: 15- 18 inches (most of this length is their long, semi-prehensile tail)
Diet: Mainly snails
Handling: Can become docile and friendly once they are used to their owner
Suitability: Beginner (with understanding of their diet)
Natural Habitat: Forests and woodlands of Australia
Enclosure requirements
These Skinks are best housed alone when fully grown. They should be housed in glass terrariums measuring 90x60cm (LxH) as a minimum once fully grown, as they spend time on the ground as well as in the trees and branches.
They should be provided with thermostatically controlled overhead heating, and UV lighting.
They require moderately high humidity, and their enclosure should be misted to achieve this. A great opportunity for a live- planted bioactive enclosure!
Enclosures and equipment available.
