  • Morph: Lesser Pastel 

  • This female has some bad scarring on her belly from previous heat burns. She is fully healed and eats like a champ!

  • Sex: Female

  • Suitable for: beginner keepers

  • Captive bred? Yes hatched CB20

  • Handling: friendly and loving a cuddle

  • Size range: 4-5ft approximately as adult

  • Housing and habitat: As adult a 4ft vivarium with overhead heating, again with appropriate thermostat.

  • Suitable for: first time reptile owners after a stunning new family pet.

This species requires basking temperatures of 32-35 Celsius, with a minimum night time drop to 22 Celsius and ideally thrives in areas of 50-60% humidity.

UV lightning is not necessary for this species although studies show they benefit from exposure to UV rays.

This species does not require feeding as often as most other pets.

  • As babies they will typically eat once a week

  • Juvenile to sub adult once a fortnight

  • As an adult once a month, depending of food items offered

So a very low feeding cost in comparison to other species, and perfect for those new to the hobby as maintaining feeding schedule is easier to manage.
