Tokay Geckos have a bad reputation for being feisty, but when you put the time and effort into taming captive bred babies, they are incredible and brilliantly rewarding! The adult colouration of Tokay Geckos is just beautiful!

Enclosure recommendations

Tokay Geckos should be housed in tall terrarium-style enclosures with thermostatically controlled heating.

Temperature and Humidity should be measured using a digital thermo-hygrometer. UV lighting is beneficial, and they especially enjoy live-planted and bioactive enclosures with lots of cork tubes.
